I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I take Copxone and have done all the Interferon drugs and found the least side effects (I did get the reaction of racing heart shortness of breath...) once during my first year.
I take 4.5mg of LDN (low dose naltrexone). I'm not sure how much it is responsible for my much improved health as that coincided with getting out of a very stressful home situation.
I get my LDN from Skips pharmacy which costs $65.10 for 3 months. My primary care doctor writes me the prescription for it (saying "well it can't hurt you". I didn't bother asking my Neurologist as I think he is more concerned with my MS whch, so far, Naltrexone has not been studied for.
I don't think it is a miracle drug but it may be responsible for keeping me exacerbation free for close to 5 years.

Absolutely, Copaxone is the only "CRAB" drug you can take while taking LDN. That's why I feel I'm fighting my MS on 2 fronts.
