This is not your fault. It is the fault of your abusers, and the people who were supposed to take care of you and provide good examples of healthy sexuality and relationships.
You are not damaged or abnormal for having these feelings, they are afterall, just feelings. Sadly, they are a product of your abuse. If you have a T, we suggest talking to her/him about this.
You are very right in your post when you say that it is totally not fair. You should never have been put in a position like this to begin with, but we believe, that your ability to be honest about this and reflect upon it means that you are NOT disgusting, gross or dirty. Just the opposite, you are brave and strong, and a survivor.
