learning to relate to people properly.. i dont know if those alters can. i wouldn't know how to teach my sensual alter that. i think she needs to learn that on her own maybe? but it's extra hard because she would have to bond in a good way, with the one you chose as a partner instead of someone she chooses. in any case, i recognize it all too well.
can you discuss this with your therapist? maybe you need his approval to do it. so you know he's not going to go away.
maybe he's got even better tips. cause drawing or writing down sex is triggering. i tried to write a sex novel once too. never finished it. it was supposed to be autobiography but i forgot everything so i quit writing :( in the freaking middle of a sentence... shame because it was good writing.
