My family saw a pic of me that was taken at work,by a patient's family. My family said,OMG!It dosen't look ANYTHING like you! They commented on my having totally different facial features, & said it's like looking at someone else. I do realize once I clock in at work, I am different than my normal HOME self, But it is freaky how I look like a totally different person... have any of you ever experienced this??!!

yes, I have. It was disturbing the first time I realized it. Others had been seeing it for years. Those moments can be enlightening and unsettling. But take heart, it is a step in becoming whole. hugs....

I had a therapist tell me once, she saw my face 50/50 - half one person, and half another -- it puzzled me until I got an ID photo taken and I also saw it -- my face kind of looked crooked. But if you look carefully, it was two different expressions.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
