Congrats to begin with.
What I would suggest is asking the system to cooperate with you, treat them as equals and come up with a mutual schedule that way it isn't always allll school work, allow some specific time for play and relaxation. If there is someone within the system that may know more about the subject of the class than you do allow them to be up front with you during lectures, this can come in handy because often times if you miss something that is said someone else will have picked up on it and can help.

You might consider setting up some kind of a reward system for everyone in the system, like lets say your class is an hour and a half, if everyone allows you to do your classwork in class without any interruptions than they will be rewarded with (whatever their favorite thing is or whatever it is they want to do but don't get to do very often) like for instance mine very rarely get to go watch a movie because it is too expensive, I might consider making that a reward for them allowing me to focus on school for X number of hours or whatever.
