Hi, our name is Denise, and we are new to the group. My specific trouble right now is finding therapists. Not just any therapist of course, finding one that is capable of handling a DID patient is not easy. Then to find one that you feel you can trust and confide in is another big problem. I dont trust easily, I think that many that suffer from DID do not trust people on a whole. MAybe others feel this way too that therapy is what you put into it. I find that many dont really want to help you get deep inside. Often I feel like I only scratch the surface of the DID issue and then they either move away, stop taking current insurance or become so outpriced that you cant continue to go as you need to. Do others deal with sort of trouble in securring adequate therapy?????

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
