It was an excruciating 2 years of treatment, but worth it in hindsight.
We can't stress enough the need to do this with a very well trained therapist that you trust completley.
i'd say it's like anything else, worth a try if you have the courage - and if it doesn't work stop - and if you feel you can try it again in the future then go for it. i don't know if i've got the guts to try any of it - at least i don't want to think about it tonight.
My partner used inderal in the past in lieu of more intense treatments like EMDR and had excellent results.
In a sense Inderal combined with regular therapy helped her work "smarter, not harder" vs. us trudging throug numerous EMDR sessions.

Inderal has shown lots of promise for anxiety and helping with PTSD symptoms.
I am not aiming for integration, just cooperation and communication so we can function and have stability for the majority of the time. But for me i think it would be good to process the traumatic events that still haunt all of us.
