I started reading that book "Miss America by Day" a few days ago and am practically done - I really got into it. Over and over again she mentioned how her body was strung so tight and how her muscles were rigid and so forth. I have the same thing going on and I've assumed it was from tension and have spend years rubbing different creams, massagers, muscle relaxers, you name it....I've probably tried it. For the last couple of nights I've been wrapping myself up in an electrical blanket and I think I might be making some progress. Not only does my body feel slightly better but I was able to make contact with a little one and would feel her cry inside me yet I wasn't crying. It was kind of in a dream state but not quite. It was very intimate and I think it may have something to do with being wrapped up in that warm electric blanket. Have any of you experienced anything like this? I really recommend that book for any of you that have not read it....it's written very well.
