It makes me feel like I am frying on acid. I try not to medicate myself but I think I'll give it another shot because I am just too uncomfortable each day. My main concern is trying to get a handle on my anxiety/panic attacks and PTSD symptoms. If I could just get some relief than I could start to think. The constant struggle of managing these problems consumes my time and I'm not able to focus on issues/emotions surrounding the abuse.
