Anyone ever heard of MRSA in the mouth? My hubby just got over (hopefully) a bout of MRSA. He had 9 boils under his arm and a horrible rash all over his body. Anyways, I thought I escaped catching it from him but now I have been getting something odd in my mouth. Tiny blood blisters, red and raw spots on the roof of my mouth and a couple skin breaks. Not any pain like canker sores cause. All I have been doing is swishing Listerine 2-3 times a day. I am on pins and needles for fear it may be a form of MRSA that I may have caught from him. Your thoughts?
