I was out looking for some cards and things for my kids. I found at Hallmark the "perfect" ornament for me. I may buy one for my kids and my siser also. It come with a card that says:
I still hear the songs.
I still see the lights.
I still feel your love on cold wintery nights.
I still share your hopes and all of your cares.
I'll even remind you to please say your prayers.
I just want to tell you, you still make me proud.
You stand head and shoulders above all the crowd.
Keep trying each moment, to stay in His grace.
I came here before you to help set your place.
You don't have to be perfect all of the time.
He forgives you the slip, if you continue the climb.
To my family and friends,
Please be thankful for today.
I'm still close beside you, in a new special way.
I love you all dearly.
Now don't shed a tear cause I'm spending my Christmas with Jesus this year.
And yes, it made me cry right there in the store. These are exactly the words my mother would be saying to all of us kids and her grandkids. Love and many good thoughts, Sharon

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Hugs, Carol
We are all so glad you are back!

I see the countless Christmas Trees around the world.
With tiny lights, like heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow.
The sight is so spectacular! Please wipe away that tear,
for I am spending Christmas with Jesus this year.
I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold so dear, but the sounds of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here.
I have no words to tell you, the joy their voices bring, for it is beyond description to hear the angels sing.
I know how much you miss me. I see the pain inside your heart, but I am not so far away. We really aren't apart.
So be happy for me dear ones. You know I hold you dear
and be glad I'm spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.
I send you each a special gift from my heavenly home above.
I send you each a memory of my undying love.
After all "LOVE" is the gift, more precious than pure gold.
It was always most important in the stories Jesus told.
Please love and keep each other, as my Father said to do, for I can't count the blessing or love He has for you.
So, have a Joyous Christmas and wipe away that tear.
Remember, I'm spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.

Copy and paste this site and then scroll down and you can see the ornament. I just happened to find it walking through the store. It isn't with the Hallmark ornaments. Good luck. Sharon
