So i've been reading that alot of you are angry. SO AM I! Just so pissed off, needing to yell and usually I get pissed off at people I don't know...When out runing errands, or while driving..I think it's normal, some of us are entering the anger stage of our grief..This is something that works for me..alot...I go to the gym!!!!!!!!! I exercise..alot and it helps tremendously...first of all, it gets your anger out...secondly, it puts me to sleep..the nights I go to the gym, guaranteed I will sleep. You can just go for a fast walk or a jog, whatever, try it, it worked for me!!! hugs xoxoxox

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. My ENT sent me for more tests last week...one where they had me lie back in a chair, with blacked out goggles on so I couldn't see while they administered water into my ears one at a time ( first warm, then room-tempurature, then cold) while they video taped my eyes and asked me questions to determine how cognizant I was... This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
