Hi everyone! I am new here. I have set my goal to be under 300lbs by the new year. I will appreciate all support given. I am sure everyone here knows that some days it is just so hard to go on. My obesity has led to a multitude of health problems so it makes it very hard to exercise alot but I am going to give it my very best shot. My routine usually consists of exercise one day to sore to get out of bed the next....and so on and so on..... I feel like I am taking 2 steps forward and 1 step back. But at least I am getting one step in the good. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
