Hello all, I'm new to this group and really having trouble kicking my sugar addiction. I can stick to my allotted foods - don't have any problems wanting to eat too much or wanting to eat foods not in my diet plan... EXCEPT SUGAR! I just can't seem to get through a single day without eating a marshmallow here, a lollypop there, a piece of chocolate... And it's worst in the evening between 9 and 2 (I'm a night owl). I'm debating whether it's worst during those hours because I'm substituting food for sleep. But the rest of the day isn't great either. Does anyone have a suggestion for kicking the sugar habit?
