I don't have scales that will weigh me. At my present weight even the doctors scales don't go that high. I think I'm about 355 but don't know for sure. It's disheartening to exercise and not be able to tell if you are losing any weight or not. Nevertheless I am keeping it up but someone please tell me I will lose weight eventually. I'm keeping a food log and exercise log and exercising for 30 minutes minimum per day. Yet I can tell no weight loss yet as I said I don't have scales that go up that far. I'm just disheartened by the whole thing truth be told.
