My aunt who had 4 M/C told me that I needed to make sure I was ready before I started a group therapy. I was just wondering how soon everyone started. I don't know if I am ready, but I am afraid if I go before I am I will hate it and never go back. Thanks....

i guess i'd be surprised if you really hated it. wouldn't it be a lot like posting here, except for it's face-to-face? i think you are the best judge of whether it's necessary for you, and i definitely don't think it depends on how many miscarriages you've had.
actually, i'd be interested to know how it goes if you decide to do it.
