Has anyone searched for someone to talk to in person? Husband is RN so he is medical side and I think he is over our miscarriage. He has shown no emotion. Would like to know if it has helped anyone?

Initially I was just going to therapy on my own. Then it seemed that I was having trouble understanding how he could just be over the loss, and we've started counseling together. Marriage counseling has been really helpful.

was it hard to get him to go. i think I would have to take him kicking and screaming.

It really wasn't hard to convince him to go, I just told him that men and women react differently and we should go to counseling together as a preventive measure.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
