I had a complete miscarriage on Wednesday(April 30). I am feeling very depressed and want to relax a sleep, although I can't get to sleep. I want to know if it is safe to have a nice warm bath after a miscarriage.

You're not suppose to take a bubble for a few weeks after a m/c. Showers only!

I had a complete miscarriage January 30th of this year and I didnt find out until 2 weeks later that I wasnt supposed to be taking baths, but by then I had taken one almost everynight before bed and it didnt do anything to me.

With my m/cs the doctor told me it was risky because of infections. I love baths as well, so I understand that. I have heard, off the street, that it is only risky when you are still bleeding or getting rid of pregnancy "stuff." They just don't want dirty water up you from what I understand. I was always too paranoid to try anything because I felt my body was weak enough as is. I did learn to love showers and hot choc. with a warm blanket and good book etc.

After my first loss, my doctor told me to wait 6 weeks. After my second loss, my doctor told me after my 2 week check up, I could take a bath and swim. Talk to your doctor.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
