It has come to my attention that maybe I should avoid soy and flax seed while ttc. It seems that doing some research I've come across some evidence though no thorough studies that suggest they both may block estrogen. Thought I would pass it on just in case somebody likes to use these two foods on a daily basis like I used to do. It is enough to convince me that I can do without in order to increase my chances. Hope this helps anybody else.
