Ok so it has been 3 weeks to the day since my surgery and mc. Today my back was hurting and I was really nauseas. I couldn't get out of bed till lunch time. Now I have eaten lunch but I am still feeling sick. Is this normal in anyway shape or form? No I am not pregnant again. I did take my follow-up pregnancy test yesterday and it was finally negative. We have only had sex once and it was protected.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
But, honestly, I say give it more time. It has only been 3 weeks, so you just might need more time to get settled.
