My little one, so little time we had.
Fleeting moments, once here, now past.
My little one, I miss you so much,
Fleeting moments that I never had.
I never got to feel you kick
Deep within my womb.
I never got to hear you cry,
You left this world too soon.
I never got to hold your hand
As you began to walk.
I never got to hear your words
As you began to talk.
I never got to see your eyes
Light up in suprise
As you discovered each new thing;
The world to realize.
I never got to pack a lunch
On your first day of school.
I never got to scold you
When you slipped and broke the rules.
I never got to buy a tux
For you to go to prom.
I never got to meet the girl
Who would be on your arm.
I never got to rub your back
To mend a broken heart.
I never got to celebrate
With you a brand new start.
I never got to wave goodbye
As you set off in your life.
I never got to hug the woman
Who would become your wife.
I never got to hold your son
The day that he was born
Because, little one, it's still your death
That I have got to mourn.
Baby boy, I love you so much,
But this is what I know:
I never got to say goodbye
Because I couldn't say hello.
Fleeting moments, once here, now past.
My little one, I miss you so much,
Fleeting moments that I never had.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
