After all that I have been through since the m/c, I am starting to realize that I will never be the same for many reasons. I am much more aware and sensitive of/to those who have suffered any kind of loss.
I have realized that life really is very short.
I have learned to be greatful for all of the wonderful people/things that I have in my life.
I really do not see a whole lot of importance in the petty things in life anymore.
I have learned what it is like to suffer a great loss, feel real pain, and find strength to get through it.
I have learned patience and how to better tolerate those who are ignorant.
I have realized that without my angel baby, none of these things would be possible.
I have realized that even though I never got to meet my angel, he taught me precious lessons in life.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
