well i finally got my test results from blood work. the dr told me i have the mthfr mutation, i tried to look this up on the internet and i was uneasy with some of the info, how this could develop in clots and what not, anyone have info on this the dr just told me to take a strong med of folic acid. anybody on this?

I also have MTHFR. I take extra folic acid, vitamin b6, vitamin b12 and baby aspirin. You should find out if you are heterozygous or homozygous. I'm hetero which is the one that isn't as bad. If you have the homozygous one it is possible that you will need to be on heparin shots during your next pregnancy.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
