It has taken me a week to come to the realisation that i miscarried again.
Last week at what i thought was the start of my period, i was in excrusiating pain. I was stood in the shower when what i thought was a blood clot hit the floor at my feet. I picked it up and i realised what it was.
I'd miscarried again..
Will i ever be able to carry a baby?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Someone said something to me the other day that has really stuck. Genetics are not what makes a mom.
If you can love and support a child then you can be a mom. That much I know.
Please take care of yourself during this difficult time. See a doctor to make sure there are no complications.
Be kind to yourself.
