Don't get me wrong, my current doctor is great. She's been supportive and even acted like she felt bad when she gave me the news of the impending miscarriage. She wasn't overly clinical.
Wish I could say as much for my old doctor.
Not only was she a cold-hearted you-know-what (she pretty much just said, "Yeah, you're going to lose your baby," and then stared at me blankly as I sobbed in her office), but now her office is jacking me around.
I need them to send my medical files to my new doctor and they're dragging their feet. I called THREE times last week just to try to get the records release form and never got a call back. I had to call a fourth time this week to get the form. Now she's telling me it will be three weeks to get the records, which would have been fine last week when I started calling. But now I'm concerned that the records won't get her in time for my post-miscarriage appointment and there is info in there that I think will get us moving in the right direction for next time, but my new doctor needs to actually be able to see it.
Anyway, that's why I hate doctors well, at least that one.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
