I had a natural misscairrage Oct 30th and am getting my second hcg level blood test today,
the doctors at the er were basically useless and didnt inform me on a single thing that i have to do...should i be calling for a ultrasound with my Doctor to make sure there is not any tissue or placenta remaining in my body, I am not really bleading anymore just spotting and dont feel i passed much tissue.

I too went to the ER when I had my miscarriage. They were useless. I scheduled an appt with my Dr the very next day and she told me what to expect in the next 72 hours. She said unless I got a fever in the next week or began hemoraging I should be ok. And to wait 3 months to try again. How far along were you?

Your dr. will monitor your hcg levels until they return to normal, but I would definitely ask for an ultrasound. I insisted on one with both of my miscarriages because if there is any undiscarded tissue, it could cause an infection (although it is very rare).

As long as the hcg levels are going down you will be fine.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
