I had a miscarriage about 8 months ago, I also have a 14 month old son, my question is: my hubby and I decided to try again, that's great but since there is a tradition in Hispanic cultures that you don't say anything after the 3 months should we then say anything to our families?
Keep in mind that my sil is finally pregnant after 8 years of marriage and everybody is excited about her pregnancy and we don't want to feel that I am stealing her thunder. And to also we are death scared that another mc will happend
What should we do? and how long are you'll going to wait for a second baby, should we also tell everybody? pls help.

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
That's just my opinion, though...
I agree with Raven, though. My first two m/cs I didn't have to tell anyone except the guy who was my fiance, at the time... It was a lot better than this last miscarriage because more people knew and it was harder to forgive their ignorance and insensitivity... I know it sounds dumb, but I hardly even got 2 "I'm sorry"s out of all the people that knew. Everyone was just like, "Oh, that's too bad."
