I recently found out that I was pregnant, and was very excited because I wasn't ovulating due to PCOS. Unfortunalty, I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks. Since then, I actually got a "normal" period, something that I hadn't experienced in many many years. Has this happend to anyone else? Could this possibly mean that my body has "fixed" the pcos problem? What does this mean?!?! help please with any advice you can offer. Thank you
