I am finally back to working out again. I think this has helped my healing process because I feel much better and have a more positive outlook on things to come. With my first miscarriage a I sat around and did nothing and was depressed for several months. I am still very sad about having another miscarriage but I really don't want to be depressed again, I want to be happy even if it has to be about something other than having a baby. I am worried though because I have been having pain it feels like in my right Ovary for almost a week now. I have read that this could be due to ovulation but it should only last 48 hours. I'm worried that something is terribly wrong with me. I don't have any other signs that would point to infection. If it continues I guess I better call the doctor. Has anyone else experienced this?
