"What you have once enjoyed you can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us" ~ Helen Keller.
Just a nice quote to remind us that no matter what, our babies are still part of us and we haven't really lost them completely.
Hope everyone has a peaceful Thanksgiving. I know the holidays are exceptionally hard, especially for those that this would have been their baby's first holiday. I was actually due on Thanksgiving day..
I will be praying for everyone here this week, and thankful that I have all of you to talk to when ever I need it.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Eat lots of turkey!!!
