I am currently reading a book called Fit for fertility and it also talks about how to stay pregnant. Foods to eat to help the baby to develop and stay where it should full term. Its by Michael Dooley FRCOG 7.99 I got my copy from the library but because i lost a baby last year at 11 weeks apr and twins at 6 weeks one ectopic and 1 in the womb i was terified to get pregnant this time. I am now 25 weeks on friday but still worry about loss. So this book has helped me to relax a bit.
