I just wanted to warn everyone that has gone through a miscarriage. I had a miscarriage in June. It was a natural miscarriage and everthing was normal. I started my period a few weeks later. I got pregnant again and just like the first time I thought I had a natural miscarriage. This happend the middle of September. It was just like the first. So, to my surprise a week ago Sunday I was in a ton of pain. I had already had a normal period and I thought I was just ovulating. The paid was so severe that I finally went to the hospital. They took a pee test and sure enough they said I was pregnant. This was impossible. So they took some blood test and did an ultra sound. Sure enough I was. Unfortunatly, I had an ectopic pregnancy. I was 3 months along, but the baby had died and planted itself in the wrong spot. What I thought was a miscarriage a month before was probably just a sac. I hadn't actually had a complete miscarriage. Because it was so similar to my first m/c my doctor didn't run any post test on me. Please don't let this happen to you. Please get tested after to make sure your hcg levels go down. Because of the size and the amount of internal bleeding I had they had to go in like a c-section. I had my right tube removed. Luckily they caught it in time. It it were to burst I could have died and bled to death. I still have a healthy left side and can hopefully one day have a baby. I have to wait now 6 months to a year to try again. I changed my doctor. I wanted to share my story so that you guys can take care of yourselves. I pray that all of you may have healthy babies some day.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
