I'm wondering if I had a miscarriage. When I was 46 I thought I might have gotten pregnant at the end of March(last year)I had no period in April.I had no symptoms except I think my nipples felt tender. At the end of April, I slipped and fell hard after getting out of the bath.Immediately I felt mild waves of spasms in the area of the womb. This continued all night and into the next day.I think it stopped in the afternoon.I believe the next day I started to bleed as if I was having a period.(And it lasted about the lenght of a period)The only odd thing I noticed was a tiny bit of flesh with the blood.I've never had a baby or a miscarriage so I dont know what to think.I also remember that in April I sometimes felt a warm sensation in the lower abdomen as if a heating pad had been placed there.Having never been pregnant I wondered if it was something felt by women early in pregnancy. What are anyone's thoughts?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
