a miscarriage? I've never found out that I'm pregnant but, I'm on the pill and about a day and half ago I started to bleed and it's not time yet. I've read that if it's before the first six weeks that it's like a heavy period and that's what it seems like. It is completly different than my normal period and I have bad cramps which I never get and I also have back pain. Does anybody know about this? Please let me know.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Of course, since you are experiencing an early period, there's a good chance you aren't pregnant but are having a different period. If you're new to th pill, this could also be breakthrough bleeding.
In terms of cramps and back pain: sometimes, a change in diet (such as an increase in caffeine and/or red meat or a decrease in calcium) can cause women to have worse cramps and pain.
In my experience with my 5w+ miscarriage, I did have bad cramps. They were like contractions in labor. I have severe menstrual cramps, but these cramps were obviously different.
Sorry I couldn't give you a definite answer, but I hope the information helps. Call your doctor, if you're able (and if only for peace of mind). Good luck. I'll be thinking of you :-)
