I was just wondering who all drank caffeine while pregnant, coffee or tea? My doctor told me I could have up to 3 cups a days, which I thought was absurd. I had done so much research and it all says to limit it or completely cut it out. I drank about 1 cup a day with my first pregnancy and miscarried. My second pregnancy I cut it out completely and all was fine. Then, I saw my Nurse and she said that she had aleast a cup a day with all her pregnancies and she was fine. So, i thought, "OK, I can have a cup and it will be fine." I miscarried a week later. I am wondering how much of an effect small amounts of caffeine have on miscarriage? Any ideas?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
