Has anyone had a successful pregnancy with a bicornuate uterus? I know that most babies are born breech. But I NEED to know if anyone has experience with it?

I have a bicornuate uterus, but my daughter was born at 17 weeks. In my cause there was a large blood clot that formed on the other side of the wall in my uterus, and the placenta was growing up that wall. I know the chances of preterm labor are there, but there are alot of surgery options. I'm having a procedure done on June 1st called an SIS to determine how bad my uterus is, before I have surgery. I wish there was more information out there for people like us.
