I recently had a second misscairrage the 1st one was in 12-26-04 and the second one was 10-30-07
I will be going to a follow up in a week or so and would like some advice on what i should ask of from the doctor next...Should I have him test me for any certian things.??????????
I want to do as much as I can with my regular OB Gyne before consulting with a specialist...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I would also suggest a complete coagulation panel that includes MTHFR which is a common clotting disorder that can cause recurrent miscarriages.
