I had an induction to deliver a missed miscarriage almost 4 weeks ago. I have started my period today. Is this normal? or should I be alarmed. I'm not having any cramping, but I usually don't have much cramping with my periods.

I loss my baby on 9/21/07 and had to have a D&C. My Dr. told me I would get my period in about 4-6 weeks. Im still waiting but its only been about 4weeks so anytime now. So yes I think your normal. I hope this helps and sorry for your loss. I hope your doing ok.

yes that sounds absolutely normal. i had 2 be induced at 14wks coz my body didnt miscarry naturally, i got my period 4wks after i lost my baby Grace, even though i had only stopped bleeding for 2wks. i usually have really bad period pains but they were not as bad this time.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
