So I am going on 3 weeks late. For my 2nd period after my miscarriage. The past 2 days I have had a couple of red spots when I wiped 1/2 way thru the day. Not bleeding, not feeling like I was going to start my period. If I was going to start wouldn't I just start rather than do some slight spotting? Could I be pregnant, does it sound like I could be? or just me looking for some hope? I have taken a pregnancy test & it was negative, but I have gotten pregnant 3 times & the tests are never positive until about 7 or 8 weeks. So I have another week or 2 until the test my be positive. Okay enough rambling.. Please be honest & tell me what you think..

I had a chemical pregnancy in April. I had a "normal" period in May and none in June but in July and August I bled when I wiped just as you described. The doctor said my uterine lining was probably thin and could take awhile to get built back up. Maybe this is the case for you.

It does sound like you could be. i had the spotting with my second pregnancy and she is the one I carried to term. You can go to the doc and have them do a blood test or you can wait and test again in a couple weeks. Honestly I'd call and let them know whats going on and go with your dr advice. It's better to be safe than sorry. If you are pregnant you need to make sure the wee one is ok. :) Good luck!

I would call your doc for a blood test just to confirm. Unfortunately, I had a similar situation to you after my m/c. My 2nd period was late and I kept wasting money on HPTs. After I was more than a week late, I did a blood test and it was negatve. And my period didn't show up for several more weeks - my "cycle" ended being 11 weeks! My doc told me it wasn't unusual to have cycles without ovulation after a m/c, as your body readjusts. But it's very frustrating! And it still didn't come back regularly - my next cycle was 10 weeks. Eventually my doc did tests to confirm nothing was wrong, then started me on Provera to start my period followed by Clomid to induce ovulation. The good news it that it appears to have worked - I'm in my first cycle, and I ovulated on day 15! I do hope your situation is better, but I wish I would have know in advance to possibly expect irregularity. Take Care!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
