One of my very good friends baby shower is approaching (dec 2). I want to go but I am afraid I will breakdown and cry. I don't want to upset her, but I still am very upset from my loss Sept 28th. Should I try and go?? What should I tell her if I decide not to go. I do not want her to think I am jealous. I just wish it could be me having a baby shower.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I know I will probably go into the bathroom and cry or cry in the car, but I'm happy for my friend and I'm happy she is having a baby. But I'll still hurt and I admit I am jealous because I want to be pregnant too.
