i want to share my story with you.
i found out i was pregnant on the 6th of june i was 5 weeks pregnant :-) me and my boyfriend were so happy, we put up with lots of peoples 'advice' telling us we were to young, we couldnt even look after our selves blah blah blah were both 18 nearly 19 we were quite capable, we both started getting excited picking names and some people even got a few items of clothing.
my scan was on the 27th july i had my first scan the whole time we were asked how old are you? the lady that did my scan was horrible she just said
'youre baby is dead, i will give you a minute together'
then walked out the room and came straight back in and told us to hurry up as she had better things to be doing then showing us where to go,
then she took us through the whole building and sat us in a room wit the curtains wide open so every one could see my hurt and pain. then to rub salt in the wounds she told us that we couldnt have the scan photo as it was needed for my notes :-( eventually after an argument with her and her supervisor we managed to get.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Big hugs to you x x
