I miscarried on 9/15 (I was a little over 8 weeks pregnant). I bled for about 5 days and everything seemed to have passed. I also went for blood tests for several weeks until my DR saw my hcg levels were back down to 0. It's been a little over 6 weeks now and I still haven't gotten my period. I don't even feel "PMS-y" yet. I'm wondering at what point I should be concerned and call my DR. I thought I'd heard to expect it anywhere from 4-6 weeks after the m/c. Any advice? Should I not freak out yet since it's only been 6 weeks and 2 days? (Not that I'm counting...) :)

I m/c on May 25, and I didn't get mine until July. Then I bled all month and now, that is the last I have bled.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not scheduled for another follow-up. I went for an appt/exam on 10/1 and my Dr said I don't have to go back until next Oct, unless I get pregnant again of course. I'll give it another 2 weeks and call her if I don't get it.

It took me 8 weeks to get my period. Talk to your doctor if you don't get it by then.

mine started yesterday - exactally 31 days after my m/c. I went for my hcg levels yesterday, but they weren't "unreadable" or something like that, so I have to go back yet AGAIN!! I hate going - I was okay this week, but last week, I stated to cry right there, cried on the way home and then cried in my husbands arms for about 30 mins afterwards! (Probally didn't help that I was reading "Silent grief" before going....arggg...I hope it gets easier soon...

I still haven't had my period... I miscarried in Aug and my levels went to zero on the 10th of Sept. I saw my doctor Thursday and she said that things seemed normal and that if I didn't start by the end of Nov. she'd start my cycle for me. I wish you all the best of luck. God bless

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
