So the holidays are here....anybody got any tips to make it just a little bit easier not having him here with me?I'm suppose to go see his family, and i know i need to be strong for them,but i DO NOT know how to do that..everytime i think about him i just bust out into tears because i'm going through a lot of family problems, and i need him here..I wouldn't know what to say to his parents or anything..i really need help...

Sweetie, you don't need to be strong for them, nor they for you. When your loved one is far away, especiaaly during wartime, it hurts. You're sad and worried and lonely. So are they. The important thing is to be there for each other, physically, emotionally, supportively. Just there, to lean on, to cry with, to rememinise together, whatever. Just go, it will make him happy, and everyone will feel better for it.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
