THIS POST GOES OUT TO ONE SELFISH PERSON...AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. I GET A MESSAGE FROM THIS JERK SAYING THAT I SHOULD NOT BE ON THIS COMMUNITY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND IS ONLY A COMBAT MEDIC IN THE ARMY AND HE IS NOT ON THE FRONT LINE FIGHTING NOR IS HE DEPLOYED YET. AND THAT I SHOULD NOT SUPPORT HIM BECAUSE HE CHEATED ON ME. WHAT THE F***! HE IS A SOLDIER, A WONDERFUL HUSBAND, AND A GREAT FATHER!!!!!! JUST BECAUSE HE ISNT OUT THERE BEING A MEDIC TO TROOPS IN IRAQ DOESNT MEAN HE ISNT DOING HIS JOB! BAMC IS ONE OF THE BEST MILITARY HOSPITALS IN THE UNITED STATES AND MANY INJURED TROOPS ARE SENT HERE FROM IRAQ. MY HUSBAND IS DOING HIS JOB!!!! AND SO WHAT....HE CHEATED. WE HAVE DEALT WITH THAT! HE MAY NOT BE A CAPTAIN LIKE YOUR HUSBAND BUT HE IS A SOLDIER. AND BY THE WAY...YOUR HUSBAND IS NOT IN IRAQ EITHER! AND I AM NOT ONE TO TALK ABOUT JOBS BUT YOUR HUSBAND HAS AN OFFICE JOB. OK HE IS A HIGHER RANK THAN MY HUSBAND BUT THAT DOESNT MAKE MY HUSBAND ANY LESS OF A SOLDIER THAN YOUR HUSBAND. I HONESTLY FEEL SORRY FOR YOUR HUSBAND AND KIDS TO HAVE SUCH A BITTER PERSON LIKE YOU IN THEIR LIVES!!! YOU REALLY PUSHED THE RIGHT BUTTON WITH ME AND IT IS BECAUSE OF SELFISH, SNOBBISH PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT WILL PROBABLY KEEP ME OFF OF THIS COMMUNITY. I HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY! YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED TO HURT PEOPLE IN ORDER TO MAKE YOURSELF FEEL BETTER....HOW PATHETIC!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Don't let them push you out.

Through your spouse you are also in the military. The military holds our soldiers to a much higher standard than civilian life does. Therefore their families are held to a higher standard. You must keep in mind as a military spouse everything you do or say reflects directly on your spouses career, especially if it gets back to their commander. And even officers do have a commander. And while enlister men and women are held to a high standard, Officers and their families are held to an even higher as they are to be role models for the enlisted.
In my 8 years in the Army I saw enlisted men; NCOs and officers receive discipline and their careers damaged because of their families conduct. So if you care for your spouses career watch carefully what you do or say.

I am glad you are here. It doesn't matter what your husband does or where he is stationed, if you need my support you have it.
As for the affair thing, it is easy to walk away from someone who has cheated, it takes a MUCH stronger person and alot of love and dedication to the relationship to stay and mend the hurt. I am proud of you for working through it with your guy. You have courage. Alot of people don't. We are all human beings and we all make mistakes. Would it be easier if we didn't, sure it would but not one of us can say we always do the right or the best thing. Good for you for sticking by your guy.
