I'll be moving to my first army base sometime before September. Do any of you know if I'll be allowed to open a day care on base or will I have to attempt to find a job at one in order to work.

One option is to go to the state website and look at their requirements. Also, go to the base site and see if there is a link to an ombudsman who may be able to help you (just in case there are different rules for onbase).
