Military Families Support Group
Today's military family faces a lifestyle that is comprised of frequent deployments, which results in increased family separations. This often proves to be a stressful challenge for military families. This community is dedicated to the families that are dealing with the unique challenges of distance and military-related stress.
I myself got a Capital One card to build my non existant credit. It was and is a low line (started at 300 then went up to 500), but with the low line, it makes it easy to pay off fast. Your intrest rate may be very high at first, but what I did to bring mine down was only put under 100 on it then turn around and pay it off before it was due. In like two months my APR dropped by 5%. You can also try other cards, but I like Capital One because there are no fees attached. You only pay back what you speant (with the APR if the due amount sits there, just like most others).
You can also get a department store one. Most places though are willing to give you a tiny amount to help you out with your credit. They all know you gotta start somewhere!
Good luck!
