Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

start with you PCP then grt refered to a neuro doc the anesthesiolgist usually jut do thr different kinds of blocks an trigger points. i have both for mine depending whayt is going on, good luck to you

Hi..At first i saw my family doctor who then refered me to a wonderful neurologist who works with me totally until we find a medication routine that works for me. I see him for my check up next week. Since seeing him and not giving up i have been getting alot better. Good luck...Hugs

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
