So for the past month I've gotten migraines everyday. They've been from minor ones, to blinding ones. The ones I get start off with a warning of a wavy, colorful blind spot which will then extend until gone. Once it's gone, that's when the pain will set in. If I catch it in time, I don't really get the full migraine. But today I saw the spot, took some Tylenol, and though I would be ok. Wrong. After about 25 mins, I had tunnel vision. I had a blind wall on the left part of my vision and from my nose down. It was that wavy blind spot. I normally don't freak out when I get these blind spots....but this was like 2 blind walls. I've tried watching my diet to see if it's something I'm eating, or maybe my caffeine intake, but I don't know. I'm going to see if I can see a neurologist, but I just don't know what causes these blind spots that are making me panic now. I'm at my wits end with these migraines, and don't know what else to try or do.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
