Has anyone else had their migraines triggered by weather changes? I was feeling pretty good yesterday it was 45 degrees out in MN which is amazingly warm for January and the snow was melting and it was beautiful out. Now today it is 9 degrees out and we have a snow storm and i woke up this morning with a migraine. Does anyone else notice that they get migraines when the weather changes drastically like that? and how am i suppose to avoid a migraine? learn how to control the weather in this crazy state of Minnesota?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
