I have had migraines since my last child was born almost 3 years ago. I am pregnant again, and the migraines are coming every 7-10 days, lasting 3-4 days. I am totally incapacitated for 1-2 days each episode. My doctor says Tylenol is my only option, but it doesn't help. Of course, I try ice packs, darkness, quiet, etc., but my husband is having to miss work now to care for me and the children. Any other ideas?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
